This group meets monthly to work on Quilts of Valor, given to local veterans and active service members. Materials, patterns and other quilting needs supplied. Many bring machines but some come to help press or cut. All experience levels welcome. They usually meet the first Monday of the month from 12-4. You can arrive and leave whenever you need to, you don’t have to stay the whole time. Click the button for link to the senior center web site with the schedule.
Saturday Feb. 4, 2023 is the annual Quilt of Valor Sew In Day. We are holding ours this year at the Seven Lakes West Community Center… 9-5. More info will follow, but we have lots of fun… all the kits and patterns are ready… we share food. As with the regular days one does not have to be there the whole time.
We will have more info in January, but this is a “save the date”. thing.
