Table of Authorized Uses
The attached table shows what “is” and “is not” allowed in each zoning category.
This table can also be found on the village website and above click on “town hall” tab.
For example, VB: Village Business District, currently allows for:
Tattoo Parlor, Pawn Shop, Car Dealer, Motorcycle Dealer as listed in the table showing “A” as allowable.
The Planning and Zoning board has given their recommendations to the Village Council for changes to the table, as discussed in the video.
