The 31-acre parcel of the new Windy Ridge Subdivision is located behind the general store on Richmond Rd and will be have 20-25 homes.
Discussion from the last council meeting, the developer has run into a slowdown because the connection they need to make to the water line requires a custom-made fitting. They are still waiting on the parts. Also mentioned at the meeting, the builder will need to close ½ of Richmond Road in order to install the water line. The public will be given plenty of notice when the closure is needed. They are hoping to have the road in the subdivision paved in the next 4 weeks. I have requested information regarding the development from the council but I have not yet received a response. This Information was gathered from my notes from the council meeting.
