When asked whether the council would record that meeting—as past councils reportedly have done—the mayor reportedly expressed a preference not to be recorded. Because we don’t have a verbatim quote, we’re presenting this as a reported explanation. This note is included solely to document the procedural choice made by the mayor not to record the forum. Insidefox.com honored that preference and did not record that meeting. However, in fairness to residents, InsideFoxfire.com decided that the second forum would be recorded.
