It appears that the Planning & Zoning Board is in violation of Special Meeting Laws regarding the requirements on providing notice of such meetings.
Foxfire Village NC E-notifications were sent out on Friday, Oct 21, for the Long-Range Planning meeting, but there wasn’t any mention of the Planning & Zoning SPECIAL meeting. The meeting wasn’t posted on the village website until the day of the meeting.
