Foxfire Village is seeking applicants to fill one open seat on the Village’s Planning & Zoning Board. This volunteer board plays an important role in guiding the community’s future growth and development.
The Planning & Zoning Board reviews development proposals, zoning text and map amendments, subdivision requests, while providing recommendations to the Village Council. Board members help ensure that future development aligns with the Village’s ordinances, long-term plans, and community character.
Board members are appointed by the Village Council and serve set terms in accordance with North Carolina law. Applicants must reside within the corporate limits of Foxfire Village.
